Present For Daddy - All Dressed Up Challenge

As always our challenge theme is Anything Goes, but please remember that you need to use an All Dressed Up Image!  Don't have any?  There are some gorgeous Freebies here and a lot more in the store over here.  Now what can be easier than that?
