Hi Everyone, Anet here today and welcome to my inspiration post.
I made a Scrapbook Layout with the Lavender Love Collection from Couture Creations. My photographer husband took this beautiful photo of a bee visiting our lavender garden and I think the pretty Lavender Love Patterned Paper just enhanced the photo.
Step by Step Instructions:
I have used Patterned Paper 2 from the Lavender Love Collection and made distressed layers with Paper 2 and 3. I adhered the layered photo using Liquid Scrap Spots.
My background page was textured with Gesso, Couture Creations Heat Activated Foil and a Stencil.

Once dried I foiled and die-cut the Lavender Love Rustic Wreath Cut and Create Die with Petal Pink Iridescent Finish Heat Activated Foil using the GoPress and Foil Machine. I die-cut Vervain Cardstock with the Lavender Love Garden Frame Sentiment Die.

Following on from this I started adding flowers and die-cuts using the Lavender Love Ephemera. I also added Seafoam 3D Liquid Drops onto the butterfly ephemera and mould it using the Scoring and Moulding Tool Set.
To finish off my layout I die-cut Driftwood and Vervain Cardstock with the Lavender Love Weathered Fences and Garden Frame Dies and added it to my clusters of ephemera flowers.

ReplyDeleteI love your lavender-inspired project, I can almost smell lavender just by looking at it. I think the photograph of a busy bee is wonderful. I like how you complemented it with so many different lavender-themed details, making the scenery look like an actual garden. Thanks for joining the Alphabet challenge.
