Gentleman's Emporium Double Z Fold Card With Pop-Up Panel - Couture Creations

Hi Everyone, Anet here today and welcome to my first inspiration post this month for the Couture Creations Blog.

I have created a Double Z Fold Card with Pop-Up Panel
with the new releases
Modern Essentials and Gentleman's Emporium Collection
from Couture Creations

I got the inspiration from Lisa's Blog.

Step by step instructions:

1. Trim Cypress Pine Cardstock to 11.2cm x 28cm. Score at 12.6cm (valley fold) and 18.1cm (mountain fold). Fold card base.

Cut Gentleman's Emporium Pattern Paper to 10.2cm x 11.6cm, 4.7cm x 11.6cm and 14.3cm and 11.6cm. Adhere onto card front.

2. Strip:

Trim Cypress Pine Cardstock  to 6.3cm x 28cm. Score at 4.2cm (valley fold) and 8.4cm (mountain fold). Fold score lines.

Cut Gentleman's Emporium Pattern Paper to 4.6cm x 6.7cm (two) and 20.1cm and 6.7cm. Adhere onto strip.

3. Pop-Up Panel

Trim Cypress Pine Cardstock to 8.7cm x 5.2cm and white cardstock to 7.1cm x 5.6cm.

Stamp sentiment onto white cardstock panel and adhere to green cardstock panel.

4. Fold the lower left corner back (2cm from corner). Adhere the pop up panel onto the short base panel.

Watch the Video on how to adhere pop-up panel.

5. Adhere only the far left section of short/front panel to the left side of the back panel. Adhere the far right section of the taller/back panel to the right side of the front panel.

After the front and the back panels are attached, the pop-up element should move up and down freely as the card is opened and closed by gently pulling and pushing the sides.

6. Die-cut blender card with Modern Essentials Nesting Rectangle Die. Stamp Gentleman's Emporium - Bicycle and colour.

Add some Silver Glitzin Glamour Glitter.

- Heat Metal Shim, Modern Essentials Nesting Rectangle Die sharp edges up and GoPress & Foil Machine.
- Place Heat Activated Foil with the shiny side down.
Add Cypress Pine Cardstock.
Close lid and heat up for 30 seconds.
- Wind slowly through die-cutting machine.

8. Adhere Gentleman's Emporium - Bicycle stamped rectangle onto foiled rectangle using 3D foam pads. Adhere to card front using double sided tape.

9. Add Gentleman's Emporium - Ephemera Gentleman onto card front using 3D foam pads.

10. Die-cut Cypress Pine Cardstock with Gentleman's Emporium - Filigree Bow Tie. Adhere onto card front using 3D foam pads.

Add some gemstones to finish.
