Butterfly Garden Gift Box - Couture Creations

Hi Everyone, Anet here today and welcome to my second inspiration post this month for the Couture Creations Blog.

I have created a Gift Box with the new releases

I got the inspiration from Kirstens Blogg.

Step by step instructions:

1. Trim a piece of Fairy Wings Cardstock to 8¼" x 11" (20.4cm x 28.1cm).

2. Score on the 7¾" side at 1½" and 6¼" (13.8cm and 15.8cm).

3. Turn your cardstock and score the 11" side at 1", 4½", 6" and 9½"  (12.5cm, 11.4cm, 15.2cm and 24.1cm).

4. Fold the score lines.

5. Cut away the outer panels from the 1" side as well as the 3½" wide panel. Cut the horizontal fold lines and vertical fold lines to create glue tabs for the box.

6. Round the edges of lid fold (1" x 4¾" piece).

7. Cut Butterfly Garden Pattern Paper twice to 4.6cm x 9.6cm (2 5/8" x 9 5/8")  and twice to 4.6cm x 12.4cm (2 5/8" x 5 3/8").

8. Flip box base over and decorate panels.

9. Glue tabs and adhere box together.

10. Die-cut Fairy Wings Cardstock with Modern Essentials Oval Frame Die.

11. Add double sided tape onto the bottom of the box and adhere onto the oval frame die-cut.

13. Die-cut Butterfly Garden Pattern Paper with Modern Essentials Oval Frame Die.

14. Adhere onto foiled oval frame die-cut.

15. Adhere ribbon onto the centre of the lid.

16. Add double sided tape onto the lid of the box and adhere onto the foiled oval frame die-cut.

17. Cut a piece of cheesecloth and colour with distress ink. Stick onto box front.

18. Die-cut a white cardstock Butterfly Garden Beehive Die and colour with distress ink. Stick onto box front.

19. Adhere Butterfly Garden - Die-cut Ephemera flowers and sentiment onto box front using 3D foam pads.

20. Die-cut white cardstock Butterfly Garden Leafy Dies and Butterfly Garden Ornate Corners Dies. Colour with distress oxide and adhere onto box front.

21. Die-cut white cardstock Butterfly Garden Baby Moths and Queen Bee Dies.

23. Adhere Baby Moths and Queen Bee onto box front using 3D foam pads to finish.
