Hi Everyone,

I have been so excited about this post.

Something New is happening

It is my first as a Design Team Member for Heather Valentin's Coloring Without Boundaries Team Group.  I was delighted and honoured to be invited by Heather to join her wonderful Heather Valentin's Coloring Without Boundaries.

Heather Valentin's Coloring Without Boundaries is all about Fun Of Colouring For All Ages.

You are just going to love this new Heather Valentin's Coloring Without Boundaries.  The DT is going to bring you wonderful colouring, Tips on how they colour and also sharing their work in progress.  You will want to join us very often at Heather Valentin's Coloring Without Boundaries to see the beautiful inspiration by the DT and also of course to make sure you do not miss anything.

Make sure you go over to Lacy Sunshine Digital Stamps and take a look at all Heather's fabulous Digital Stamps.

Here is my first colouring

When I start colouring an Image I always start with the Skin and Hair.  It helps me to put my thinking cap on in deciding which colours I want to use after that.  With this image I could use allot of Green. It is one of my favourite Copic Colours to use, they blend so nicely together.  And of course my background prop also just had to have some green grass effect.

This photo shows my colouring in progress.  I started here with the Bamboo after I coloured the Skin and Hair.  If I get stuck on how the colours of the object should be, I visit Google and search for some Images of that specific object.  It just helps me to choose the Copic colours and then sometimes it gives me more ideas of maybe changing the colour to something else than the normal.

Here is my coloured image finished.  I just loved colouring this beautiful Forest Fairy with all the pretty detail around her. I also find that going over with the colour the second time is giving you that beautiful darker effect.  I used Ranger Silver Stickles on the wings of the Fairy.
