Cafe de Paris - Penny's Paper-Crafty Challenge

Hi Everyone,

It is time for a new challenge at
Penny's Paper-Crafty Challenge Blog 
and the Theme is Anything Goes.

I used this beautiful Cafe de Paris Digital Stamp found at Pink Gem Designs.  Coloured with Copic Sketch Markers.


Image:  Cafe de Paris - Pink Gems Designs.  Sentiment:  LOTV Sentiment Tags.  Dies:  MFT Double Open Scallop Border, Postage Stamp Stax and Eifel Tower.  I used Stickles on the Image and Dies.
