Sentiment: Altenew One-Go Words & Banners Stamp and Die Set. Stencil: Hero Arts Marbling Color Layering Stencil. Ink: Altenew Antique Gold Pigment Ink. I added splatters using the Altenew Metallic Watercolor 14 Pan Set.

Warm & Fuzzy - Altenew August 2024 Inspiration Challenge

Hi Everyone, hope you are all having a good week. I would like to share a card with you that I am entering into the Altenew August 2024 Inspiration Challenge.

When I saw Claire Apostoloff's inspiration photo it just inspired me to use the Altenew Warm & Fuzzy Stamp Set.  It was one of those stamp sets when I saw it I thought I just need that.  I think you know the feeling right LOL.

Claire also inspired me to use a colour combination I never thought of before.  I think the colours just compliment each other.

I first Dry Emboss Altenew Ribbon Waves 3D Embossing Folder on a piece of white cardstock.

Following on from this I blend Altenew Red Cosmos Crisp Dye Ink on a piece of white cardstock using a blending brush.

I then stamp Altenew Warm & Fuzzy Stamp Set on blending cardstock and die-cut image with the coordinating die.

Following on from this I colour the image with  Altenew Mystic Garden Artist Alcohol Markers Set J and Rock Garden Artist Alcohol Markers Set D.

I then blend Altenew Red Cosmos Crisp Dye Ink on a piece of white cardstock using a blending brush.

Following on from this I stamp sentiment from Altenew Warm & Fuzzy Stamp Set using Embossing Ink heat emboss with Altenew Gold Crisp Embossing Powder.

To finish I added some splatters with Altenew Antique Gold Pigment Ink and some sequins.

Wrapping Up Time - The Paper Shelter

Hi Everyone, are you ready ...

It is time for a new challenge at Paper Shelter

Now here is my card 

using Wrapping Up Time.

Coloured with Copic Sketch Markers.

Sentiment: Altenew Merry Christmas Die. Stamp and Die: Altenew Once Upon Time Tree. Embossing Folder: Altenew Masonry Wall 3D Embossing Folder. Inks: Distress Oxide Forest Moss, Evergreen Bough and Brushed Corduroy. Altenew Instant Dimension Foam.

• I first ink blend the background using Distress Oxide Evergreen Bough and Brushed Corduroy Inks. 
• I then embossed the ink background using the Masonry Wall 3D Embossing Folder.
• Following from this I die-cut and stamped trees using the Once Upon Time Tree and Distress Oxide Forest Moss.  
• I then die-cut gold cardstock using the Merry Christmas Die.

using The Great Baker.

Sentiment: Altenew Birthday Wish Die. Embossing Folder: Altenew Floral Diamond Blocks Embossing Folder and Altenew Deck Planks 3D Embossing Folder. Ink: Card Deco Essentials Pearl White Pigment Ink. Nuvo Metalic Gold Crystal Drops. Altenew Instant Dimension Foam.

• I first embossed the white and red cardstock with the Altenew Floral Diamond Blocks Embossing Folder and Altenew Deck Planks 3D Embossing Folder. 
• Following on from this I swiped some Card Deco Essentials Pearl White Pigment Ink over the red embossed cardstock.  
• I just love adding sentiment die-cuts onto cards. I die-cut red and black cardstock using the Altenew Birthday Wish Die and adhere it onto each other.
• I also added some Nuvo Metalic Gold Crystal Drops.
