Twisted Easel Card With Drawer - Couture Creations

Hi Everyone, Anet here today and welcome to my inspiration post.

For the third and last Press Print I made with the Couture Creations Gel Printing Plate I thought I will make a Twisted Easel Card with Drawer. I used the Lucy's Every Day Outline Stamp and Homely Florals Collection from Couture Creations.

Step by Step Instructions:

For all the measurements to create the Twisted Easel Card with Drawer just follow my video tutorial below.

I first trimmed Verde Cardstock, score it and fold the score lines. I used the Couture Creations Tabletop General Purpose Scissor to cut and create the Twisted Easel Card.

I then cut the Stencil Technique Press Print I created with the Gel Printing Plate and adhere it onto the Twisted Easel Card using Couture Creations Quick Dry Adhesive.

If you unfamiliar to the Gel Printing Plate or just want to familiarize yourself again just visit my Gel Printing Plate Technique Blog Post.  I made Four Videos showing you how to create with the Gel Plate.

- Video 1 - Preparation Part 1

- Video 3 - Stencil Technique Part 3

I then cut Blending Card and stamped the Lucy's Every Day Just For You Butterfly and She Believed Stamp using the Stamp and Colour Outline Ink Pad Soft Black. I coloured it with the Twin Tip Alcohol Ink Markers.

I fussy-cut the butterflies with the Couture Creations Small General Purpose Scissor and adhere it onto the Twisted Easel Card using 3D foam dots.

Twin Tip Alcohol Ink Markers Combinations:

Butterfly: 9544, 2288, 377, 263, 211, 231, 673, White Gel Pen
Leaves: 377, 371, 7538
Background: 2288, Colourless Blender 0

I also stamped the Lucy's Every Day Just For You Butterfly Stamp onto white cardstock using the Apple Green Pigment Ink and fussy-cut it with the Couture Creations Small General Purpose Scissor.

I die-cut Mirror Board Matte Gold Lines Cardstock with the Homely Florals Happy and Love Sentiment Die and adhered it onto the Twisted Easel Card using the Couture Creations All Purpose Art Glue Adhesive.

I also added Pharaoh Liquid Drops 3D Pearls.

I then die-cut Verde Cardstock with the Circle Nesting Die and glued the Homely Florals DieCut Ephemera onto the cardstock using the Couture Creations Quick Dry Adhesive. I adhered the sentiment as a stopper for the Twisted Easel Card using 3D foam dots to finish.

She Believed Flat Gift Box with Anet - Couture Creations

Hi Everyone, Anet here today and welcome to my inspiration post.

I love making my own background paper and with the new Couture Creations Gel Printing Plate it becomes even easier to create Press Prints to use as backgrounds. I made a Flat Gift Box using the Lucy's Every Day Outline Stamp Collection from Couture Creations.

I found the inspiration from Angelina's Blog.

Step by Step Instructions:

For all the measurements to create the Flat Gift Box just follow my video tutorial below.

I first trimmed Seafoam Cardstock, score it and fold the score lines. I used the Couture Creations Corner Cutter and Tabletop General Purpose Scissor to cut the corners and create the box.

I then cut the Die-Cut Technique Press Print I created with the Gel Printing Plate and adhere it onto the box using Couture Creations Turbo Tacky Glue.

If you unfamiliar to the Gel Printing Plate or just want to familiarize yourself again just visit my Gel Printing Plate Technique Blog Post.  I made Four Videos showing you how to create with the Gel Plate.

Gel Printing Plate Video Links:

- Video 1 - Preparation Part 1

- Video 4 - Die-Cut Technique Part 4

I then cut Blending Card and stamped the Lucy's Every Day She Believed Stamp using the Stamp and Colour Outline Ink Pad Soft Black. I coloured it with the Twin Tip Alcohol Ink Markers and adhere it onto the Box using 3D foam dots.

Twin Tip Alcohol Ink Markers Combinations:

Bird: 5305, 401, 7528, 444, 327, 323, 319, White Gel Pen
Tree Trunk: 7565, 479, 462
Leaves: 9544, 2288, 377
Sky: 9421

I heat emboss the Press Print with the Lucy's Every Day She Believed Stamp Sentiment, fussy-cut it with the Couture Creations Detailing Scissors and adhered it onto the box front using 3D foam dots.

I added the die-cuts that were press printed with the Gel Printing Plate.

I then die-cut Seafoam Cardstock with the Peaceful Peonies Tall Branches and the Press Print with the C'est La Vie Geraniums. I also I added Pharaoh Liquid Drops 3D Pearls to finish.

Guitar Pop-Up Easel Block Card - Couture Creations

Hi Everyone, Anet here today and welcome to my inspiration post.

I made a Pop-Up Easel Block Card with the new released Lucy's Every Day Outline Stamps Collection and Gel Printing Plate from Couture Creations.

I found the inspiration from Sam's Blog.

Step by Step Instructions:

Measurements needed to make Pop-Up Easel Block Card:
  • Card Base - 1 Piece of 11 1/2" x 5" Ulysses Cardstock. Score along the 11 1/2" side at 1", 2", 3", 4" and 8".
  • 3 Pieces of 3/4" x 4 3/4" Stamping Technique Press Print to cover the 3 sides of the block.
  • Card for the Easel Side - 1 Piece of 4" x 5" Ulysses Cardstock. Score along the 4" side at 3 1/2".
  • Main Front Panel - 1 Piece of 5" x 7" Ulysses Cardstock and 1 Piece of 4 3/4" x 6 3/4" Stamping Technique Press Print.
  • Stamp Image - 1 Piece of 2 3/4" x 5 3/8" Blending Card.
  • To Cover the Inside Base of the Card - 1 Piece of 4 3/4' x 3 1/4" White Cardstock and 1 Piece of 4 3/4" x 2 3/4" Stamping Technique Press Print.
I first trimmed Ulysses Cardstock, scored it and fold the score lines. I then glued the fourth scoring section using Couture Creations Clear Gel Tacky Glue and fold the third and fourth scoring sections over onto the card base.

Tip: The Tacky Glue dries clear and you have a small window of opportunity to reposition you cardstock while the glue is wet. Good quality glue.

I cut the Stamping Technique Press Print I created with the Gel Printing Plate and adhere it onto the three sides of the block.

If you unfamiliar to the Gel Plate or just want to familiarize yourself  again just visit my Gel Printing Plate Technique Blog Post.  I made Four Videos showing you how to create with the Gel Printing Plate.

Gel Printing Plate Video Links:

- Video 2 - Stamp Technique Part 2

For the Easel side I trimmed Ulysses Cardstock, score it and fold the score line. I then adhere it onto the card base using Couture Creations Clear Gel Tacky Glue.

For the Main Front Panel a trimmed Ulysses Cardstock and adhered the Stamping Technique Press Print I created with the new released Gel Printing Plate. I glued it on the easel card base using Couture Creations Clear Glue Tacky Glue.

I then cut Blending Card and stamped the Lucy's Every Day Framed Guitar Stamp using the Stamp and Colour Outline Ink Pad Soft Black. I coloured it with the Twin Tip Alcohol Ink Markers and adhere it onto the Easel Card Base using 3D foam dots.

Twin Tip Alcohol Ink Markers Combinations:

Guitar: 279, 2727, 286, 319, 323, 327, 401, 656, 5305, 0, 454, 431, 430 and White Gel Pen
Blue around frame: 279, 2727, 286
Shadow: 9482

To decorate the inside base of the card I cut white cardstock and the Stamping Technique Press Print. I adhered it to the inside using Couture Creations Clear Gel Tacky Glue.

To finish I die-cut Silver Mirror Board with the Homely Florals Happy Sentiment Die.
