I decided on our Team A challenge in October last year and the theme were a Bookmark.

Now here is my bookmark

using Upside Down.

Alcohol Ink Notebook Cover - Couture Creations

Hi Everyone, Anet here today and welcome to my inspiration post. 

I always have an A5 notebook on my desk and decided to create a cover for it. I decorate the cover with an Alcohol Ink Background I created and also used the new Homely Florals Collection from Couture Creations.

I found the inspiration from Angelina's Blog.

Step by Step Instructions:

I first created an Alcohol Ink Background using Cardinal, Plum and Burgundy Golden Age Alcohol Inks onto Synthetic White Paper.

For all the measurements and how to create the Notebook Cover follow my video tutorial below.

I stamped the Homely Florals Charming Banksia Stamp onto Blending Card using the Stamp and Colour Outline Ink Pad Soft Black and coloured it with the Twin Tip Alcohol Ink Markers.

Yellow Banksia Flower: 917, 106, 142

Leaves: 2288, 377, 371

Stem: 7502, 401, 479

I die-cut Matte Gold Lines Mirror Board with the Homely Florals Love Sentiment Dies and adhere it onto the front cover to finish.

Textured Feminine Cards - Couture Creations

Hi Everyone, Anet here today and welcome to my inspiration post. I created two textured feminine cards using the new Homely Florals and Checker Plate Background Stamp Collection from Couture Creations.

Step by Step Instructions:

First Card

I first die-cut Midnight Hour Cardstock with the Deck The Halls Happy Holidays Tall Die Set and adhere it onto a White Tall Card.

I then stamped the Midnight Hour Cardstock with the Checker Plate Background Stamp and heat embossed.

Tip:

I have a tip for you when you find it difficult to stamp with 5" x 7" Stamps. Just place the stamp onto your Precision Stamp Press, add the cardstock onto the stamp and go over the cardstock with a brayer roller. Just make sure to hold the cardstock firmly down so that it does not move when you use the Brayer Roller.

I stamped the Homely Florals Charming Banksia Stamp onto Blending Card using the Stamp and Colour Outline Ink Pad Soft Black and coloured it with the Twin Tip Alcohol Ink Markers.

Twin Tip Alcohol Ink Markers Combinations:

Yellow Banksia Flower: 106, 134, 151, 7565

Leaves: 354, 358, 7743

Stem: 7565, 181, 462

I die-cut Matte Gold Lines Mirror Board with the Homely Florals Happy Sentiment Die and adhere onto the card front. 

Second Card

I first trimmed Blue Diamond Cardstock to 3 7/8" x 5 5/8" and white cardstock to 3 5/8" x 5 3/8".

I then stamped the cardstock with the Checker Plate Background Stamp, heat embossed and adhered it onto the card front.

I die-cut Blue Diamond Cardstock and white cardstock with the Homely Florals Love Sentiment Butterfly Dies to finish.

Checker Plate Desktop Calendar - Couture Creations

Hi Everyone, Anet here today and welcome to my inspiration post. 

I made another Desktop Calendar with the Background Stamp Collection from Couture Creations.

Instructions:

I first trimmed white cardstock to 4 1/4" x 11" and score it at 5 1/2" to create card base.

For the stand I trimmed white cardstock to 4" x 4 1/4" and score 4" side at 1"2" at both edges and then at 2". I fold it in half, then fold 1/2" flaps back (looks like a "w") and adhere the stand along the inside edges of the tent (middle fold is up).

I trimmed Midnight Hour Cardstock to 4" x 5 1/4", stamp the Checkerplate Background Stamp and heat embossed it.

I adhered the Couture Creations 2022 Calendar Tab onto Midnight Hour Cardstock which I trimmed to 2 1/8" x 3 1/8".

To finish off I die-cut Matte Silver Mirror Board with the Homely Florals Love Sentiment Cutting Die.

Banksia Desktop Calendar - Couture Creations

Hi Everyone, Happy New Year!  Anet here today and welcome to my inspiration post. 

I made a Desktop Calendar with the new and soon to be released Homely Florals Collection from Couture Creations.

Instructions:

I first trimmed white cardstock to 4 3/4" x 11" and score it at 5 1/2" to create card base.

For the stand I trimmed white cardstock to 4" x 4 3/4" and score 4" side at 1"2" at both edges and then at 2". I fold it in half, then fold 1/2" flaps back (looks like a "w") and adhere the stand along the inside edges of the tent (middle fold is up).

I then trimmed Carnelian Cardstock to 4 1/2" x 5 1/4" Couture Creations Blending Card to 4 1/4" x 5".

I stamped the Charming Banksia Stamp onto the blending card using the Stamp and Colour Outline Ink Pad Soft Black.

I then coloured it with the Couture Creations Twin Tip Alcohol Ink Markers.

Twin Tip Alcohol Ink Marker Combinations:

Banksia: 205, 216, 188, 106, 123

Leaves: 9544, 2288, 377

Stem: 7502, 401, 479

I then die-cut Carnelian Cardstock with the Homely Florals Love Sentiment Cutting Die and Butterfly Garden Ornate Corners Die.

I adhered the Couture Creations 2022 Calendar Tab onto Carnelian Cardstock which I trimmed to 2 1/8" x 3 1/8" to finish.
