Pocket & Tag Easel Card - Couture Creations

Hi Everyone,
Anet here today and welcome to my inspiration post.

I made a Pocket & Tag Easel Card
with the new release Sweeping Plains Collection




I found the inspiration from Kathy's Blog.

Step by step instructions:

My video tutorial below will show you 
how to take the fabulous easel card to new heights.


The 5" square card is loaded with interactive features and
a pocket created on the front where you can tug in a tag.
I will show you how to do this in my video tutorial below.


The tag was created using Sweeping Plains Patterned Paper 
and the patterned paper was then die-cut with the  



The stopper for this easel card doubles as an interior pocket.

Decorated the interior pocket with 

Die-cut Kahlua Cardstock with the 

Heat emboss barbed wire die-cut with



There is a surprised card tugged into the interior pocket 
when you open the easel card. I will show you 
how to create this in my video tutorial below.


The surprised card was heat embossed with the 


First heat emboss the Sweeping Plains Patterned Paper 
and then die-cut with the Sweeping Plains Australian Animals Die

Flower Pot Card & Envelope - Couture Creations

Hi Everyone,
Anet here today and welcome to my inspiration post.

I made a Flower Pot Card with an Envelope
with the Lest We Forget and
My Secret Love Collection




I found the inspiration from Sam's Blog.

Step by step instructions:

1. Cut Paper Bag Cardstock twice to 4 1/4" x 5".

Make a score mark on both sides at 3/4".
Cut from score point down to the bottom
of the cardstock to create flower pots.


2. Add ribbon onto one of the flower pots.

Die-cut white cardstock with 
Oval Cut, Foil and Emboss Die and stamp sentiment.
Adhere onto flower pot using 3D foam dots.


and die-cut with white cardstock.
Adhere onto oval die-cut using 3D foam dots.



4. Pull-out Panel

Cut white cardstock to 3" x 5".
Stamp sentiment onto pull-out panel and
round the corners with Couture Creations Corner Punch.


5. Flower Pot Rims

Cut Paper Bag Cardstock twice to 
1 1/2" x 4 1/4" and round the corners. 
Adhere onto flower pots using foam tape.




6. Concertina Sides

Cut white cardstock twice to 2" x 4 1/2",
score along the 2" side at 1/2", 1" and 1 1/2" and fold.


Adhere onto flower pots.

Tip: Adhere concertina sides away from edge
so that it does not show.



7. Stamp blender cardstock with 
Colour, fussy-cut and adhere onto flower pot
and pull-out panel.






8. Die-cut Battle Fatique Cardstock with
and adhere onto flower pot and pull-out panel.




9. Watch my video how to create an envelope with the
Couture Creations Scoring Board.





10. Die-cut Seafoam Cardstock with
Adhere onto flower pot using 3D foam dots.




11. Stamp sentiment onto white cardstock
Adhere onto a toothpick and insert into flower pot to finish.
