Butterfly Garden Upright Z Fold Card - Couture Creations

Hi Everyone, Anet here today and welcome to my second inspiration post this month for the Couture Creations Blog.

I have created an Upright Z Fold Card with the new releases 

Modern Essentials and Butterfly Garden Collection

from Couture Creations. 

Step by step instructions:

1. Trim Kahlua Cardstock to 11.5cm x 29.7cm.  

2. Score at 7.25cm x 14.5cm and fold card base.

3. Cut Butterfly Garden Pattern Paper 03A to 11.9cm x 14.8cm and 7.2cm x 11.9cm. Adhere onto card front.

4. Die-cut Kahlua Cardstock with Modern Essentials Cut, Foil and Emboss Nesting Circle Die. Ensure that adhesive is just on the top portion of the circle and adhere onto the middle of the card front.

5. Cut Kahlua Cardstock to 8cm x 12cm and Butterfly Garden Pattern Paper 03B to 8.4cm x 12.4cm. Adhere pattern paper onto front panel.  

6. Ensure that adhesive is just on the bottom portion of the card base fold and adhere onto card front.

7. Foil with Modern Essentials Cut, Foil and Emboss Nesting Rectangle Die:

• Heat Metal Conversion Plate, Modern Essentials Nesting Rectangle Die sharp edges up and GoPress & Foil Machine.
• Place Heat Activated Foil with the shiny side down. 
• Add blender cardstock.
• Close lid and heat up for 30 seconds.
• Wind slowly through die-cutting machine.

8. Stamp Butterfly Garden - Rose Bouquet Stamp onto blender card. Colour and adhere onto front panel using 3D foam dots.

9. Die-cut:

• Kahlua Cardstock with Ornate Corners Die;
• Kahlua Cardstock with Leafy Die;
• Kahlua Cardstock with Beehive Die.

Adhere onto card front using 3D foam squares.

10. Die-cut white cardstock with Butterfly Garden Queen Bee and Butterfly Garden Baby Moths Dies.


11. Foil with Butterfly Garden Die-cuts:

• Heat Metal Conversion Plate and GoPress & Foil Machine.
• Place Heat Activated Foil with the shiny side down.
• Add Queen Bee and Baby Moths die-cuts onto foil.
• Close lid and heat up for 30 seconds.
• Wind slowly through die-cutting machine.

Adhere onto card front using 3D foam squares to finish.
