The Victorian Hat - Australian Papercraft Essentials - Cut Out Julia Spiri Digi Delights

I want to share my third card that has been published in this months Australian Papercraft Essentials - Issue 52 - P49.  I have three cards in this months issue using Julia Spiri's Images.

Now here is my third card to share with you

Couture Creations Doily. Designer Paper Julia Spiri - Blue Canvas and Pink and White Roses Clipart.  I used Stickles and Shabby White Embossing Enamel on the Image and Dies.
